Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging (if applicable)
  • With proof of purchase

Please wait for approval before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the return address once your request is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can review the issue and find a solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalized products (if applicable)

Exchanges

If you want a different item, please request a return first. Once approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
